We do not offer discounts. Our pricing reflects the time, skills and care each dog needs. Every service is tailored to your dog’s individual needs, with their comfort & wellbeing guiding our approach.

We assess each dog individually, with their safety, health and comfort as our priorities. We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes, provided we can safely meet their unique physical and behavioural needs. Acceptance also depends on our current availability for your dog’s specific size and breed.

Yes. We offer a brief, 15-minute consultation before booking a full service. A consultation may be required based on your dog’s individual needs. Our pet care professional will determine this during your initial intake.
