All appointments are requested and booked through our website. Please complete the forms and answer all questions as accurately as possible so we can assess your dog’s needs and allow enough time for their appointment.

Some dogs benefit from shorter visits, gradual introductions or adjustments to their grooming routine. We will discuss an approach suited to your dog’s needs.

Our services are charged by time. If an appointment ends early, charges reflects the professional time & care already provided.

We will pause, modify or stop the service. We will contact you to discuss the next steps. Your dog’s well-being and the safety of everyone involved guide these decisions.

We assess each dog individually to determine whether we can safely meet their needs. Please tell us about anxiety, handling sensitivities, previous grooming difficulties or any history of biting in the intake form.

We respect each owner’s choices and recommend discussing vaccination and parasite prevention with your veterinarian. Protection against fleas, ticks and lice should be tailored to your dog’s lifestyle and local risks, especially if they visit dog parks, farms or spend time around animals.

While awaiting pickup, your pet will be placed in a suitable, clean kennel or pen based on their individual needs & comfort. Prompt pickup is required after all services, without exception. Please be prepared to collect your pet as soon as we notify you that they are ready.

We use a gentle, gradual introduction process to help puppies feel safe, relaxed, and confident during grooming. Each step is designed to build positive experiences and familiarity, creating a strong foundation for comfortable grooming throughout their lifetime. Our grooming services are charged by time, and each appointment is one-on- one so we can provide personalized care and attention. Every dog is unique, with different coat conditions, temperaments and comfort levels during grooming. Your price reflects the time needed to groom your dog safely, gently and comfortably.
