Our services are charged by time. If an appointment ends early, charges reflects the professional time & care already provided.

We assess each dog individually to determine whether we can safely meet their needs. Please tell us about anxiety, handling sensitivities, previous grooming difficulties or any history of biting in the intake form.
We respect each owner’s choices and recommend discussing vaccination and
parasite prevention with your veterinarian. Protection against fleas, ticks and lice
should be tailored to your dog’s lifestyle and local risks, especially if they visit dog
parks, farms or spend time around animals.
While awaiting pickup, your pet will be placed in a suitable, clean kennel or
pen based on their individual needs & comfort.
Prompt pickup is required after all services, without exception. Please
be prepared to collect your pet as soon as we notify you that they are ready.
We use a gentle, gradual introduction process to help puppies feel safe,
relaxed, and confident during grooming. Each step is designed to build positive
experiences and familiarity, creating a strong foundation for comfortable
grooming throughout their lifetime.

Our grooming services are charged by time, and each appointment is one-on-

consultation may be required based on your dog’s individual needs. Our pet care
professional will determine this during your initial intake.
